A centrally located hotel which is excellent value for money and highly recommended for guests looking for a family-run hotel rather than a large chain hotel. 0506/ul. a rather plain, grey facade. the rooms are average in size with a bit of outdated decor, but very clean and in good condition. all bathrooms have been renovated recently and are in excellent condition. there is a restaurant on the ground floor which is mainly used for serving breakfast. it's bright and friendly. the lobby is medium-sized with a comfortable seating area. only 50 meters to the famous kuh'damm in the city-centre of berlin. you can either walk (apprx 15 mins) or take the bus to sights like memorial church or kadewe, berlin's most prestigious department store.
