Beginning of March 2006 we are opening „The Levante Parliament“ an extraordinary Design Hotel in Vienna. The hotel is situated in a central location, behind the Parliament and the Viennese City Hall and will offer 74 rooms and suites. The building dates from 1911 during the Modernist Period that began with the Vienna School and the Bauhaus. The emphasis is on rationalism, the elimination of ornament and the use of technological advances in materials that allow flexibility of design. This principle has been adhered to and adapted to incorporate the existing lineal and modern architectural elements. The Hotel functions as a Gallery and will offer guests an exclusive exhibition of Glass works by the international artist Ioan Nemtoi.The hotel will offer 74 rooms and suites. To combine the elements of life, fire (Transparency & Light), earth (the material we use), air (the ceiling of each room is 3,30 meters) and water (Lineal forms & Flexibility) with all the technical advantages of a new Design Hotel.
