The central block of the present hotel building serves our guests from 1915, the name of the former Imperial Hotel is preserved by one of the function rooms. After its reopening in 1985, the Hungaria Hotel was modernised several times. The Grand Hotel Hungaria is the patron of modern Hungarian art: the majority of the works of art were ordered by the hotel, thus the artists were inspired by the place of their display.
