The rooms are medium sized and in very good condition with modern furnishings and neutral colourschemes. Most have attractive wood laminate floors. The modern bathrooms are also in very good condition.

The hotel restaurant is located off the lobby. It is surprisingly large with a dark blue colourscheme and modern furniture.

EXTERIOR

This hotel is typical of the large number of properties built in the post-war period in Helsinki and is indeed protected as are most buildings in the area.

LOBBY

The lobby is small and modern, but there is plenty of seating in the adjacent restaurant.

This hotel is situated in a leafy conservation area just a shotr drive from the centre of Helsinki. For those relying on public transport a tram departs from just outside the hotel directly into the centre of the city. The hotel's location is quiet and parking nearby is seldom a problem, unlike in most city centre hotels.
