Built in 1994 the hotel consists of a 7 storey main building with a total of 204 rooms. Amongst the hotel�s facilities count a foyer with 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk, 3 lifts and a newspaper stand. Guests may also take advantage of the hairdresser�s salon, beauty salon, snack bar, pub and 2 restaurants of which one is air conditioned, à la carte and has a non-smoking area. Guests may make use of the conference room, souvenir shop, ball room and public Internet terminal. Guests may park their cars either in the hotel car park or in the garage. Room, laundry and medical services round off the offerings.

ROOMS
The bedrooms are all medium sized and kept in exceptional condition and fitted with pine furniture. Each floor features a different pastel colour scheme. The bathrooms are in light marble and kept in very good condition.

RESTAURANT
The restaurant is very large and smart offering views of the Bosphorus. The hotel also has an English pub on the ground floor which is very popular.

EXTERIOR
A 6-storey, unimposing building in keeping with the rest of the surrounding architecture.

LOBBY
The medium sized lobby is fitted in light marble. There is a small cafe area immediately adjacent to the lobby with a waterfall. The centrepiece of the lobby is a chandelier above the reception area. All the furniture is dark wood.

GENERAL
The hotel offers a covered rooftop swimming pool and bar with an atrium window offering fantastic views of the Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque. (10/05 JMG)
