We had a room which was 150 m away and stairs and doors, it was difficult to find! no staff came with .. no TV antenna had to take a hanger to get 2 channels on TV .. windows did not open and it was 30 degrees Celsius? it was the worst hotel room I have been on .. we would have a beer and eat a little at night on hotelets bub .. it took 1 hours before we got some sandwiches and salad .. it takes 1-1.5 hours to travel by bus to the center of london? shower only cold water and a little hot .. the only thing that was good was the price and breakfast included .. the price is low but I will pay more next time .. it\'s safe!

User Rating:
When my partner and I checked in we were given a room number 302 but none of the staff seemed to know where this room was. When we complained we were given another room at the front of the older part of the hotel to the left of reception and told we could use the staff lift as it was closer to our room. The room was adequate but had no wardrobe only a hanging rail and no drawers for the rest of the clothes so these had to be kept in the suitcase or on the shelf with the mirror. The bathroom only had a net curtain over the window. Overall the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The dining room was on the 5th floor and served a continental breakfast consisting of 3 different cereals, processed cheese squares wrapped in film, processed hamlike meat as well as toast, jam and butter. The restaurant was poorly staffed and ran out of food and drink quickly when it was busy and wasnt replaced very quickly and we had to ask for certain things. On saying that, it was a good base

User Rating:
Queens Hotel was a satisfying place to stay in. The good things about this hotel were the prices of the rooms, the bed which was huge and very comfortable, the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room was rather small. Just as you entered the room on the left wall there was a piece of furniture that looked exactly as a computer table. Considering that the lobby of the room was very small we managed to hit ourselves on it each and every time we wanted to use the bathroom. Thus, we got home with several bruises on our arms. The breakfast was inconsistent with only bread, butter, ham and some cereals. But do not get me wrong, it is very good for young people, its ok for a budget hotel. One more thing...rather far away from the center of London. I rest my case.
Have fun!
