  We are Bookinhotels.com, an international Online Hotel booking company not a specific hotel. You may check our website and search for the available hotels worldwide and make your booking. Please call our customer department for further assistance.  
How can I get more information about rooms, bed types, extra beds, coats?
  Generally hotels tend to place their bedrooms within four different categories:
Standard room, Superior room, Deluxe room, Executive room
The differences between the rooms may vary from one hotel to another, with executive being the highest standard of room.

Single Room
A single room is designed to accommodate one person only. The room contains one single bed or twin bed.
Double Room
A double room is designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains one queen bed or king size bed or if not available a twin bed.
Twin Room
A twin room is also designed to accommodate two people only. The room contains two separate single beds or if not available a king size bed.In family rooms, there are two main types of family rooms, as follows:
Triple Room
A triple room is designed to accommodate three people only. The room will contain either:

Is breakfast included in the Total price? What does my breakfast include? (Hot buffet-American-Continental-etc )?
  Unless specified, all taxes and breakfast are included in the price.

Continental breakfast:
A typical Continental breakfast consists of coffee and milk (often mixed as Cappuccino or latte) or hot chocolate with a variety of sweet cakes such as brioche and pastries such as croissant, often with a sweet jam, cream, or chocolate filling. It is often served with juice. The continental breakfast may also include sliced cold meats, such as salami or ham, and yogurt or cereal. American hot buffet breakfast:

What does status EO,WT, INV mean?
  EO:
Stands for Extra Ordinary. It means your booking couldn't be confirmed instantly due to some reason. It will be handled by our customer service by confirming your reservation request directly in the shortest time. Please contact us or wait for our information email.
WT:
The hotel you booked is unavailable so your reservation request status is on pending. In 72 hours, you'll be informed by our whether we can confirm your request or not. We will do our best to confirm your request. If your request is rejected by hotel due to unavailability, our system will send you the alternative available Hotels if possible. Please wait for our information email.
INV:
This means your booking is confirmed and paid successfully. All you need to do is to log in to your account and print out your hotel voucher.
 
How can I check on my existing booking?
  Go to the My Account section of our website. From here you can view all e-mail correspondence, cancel or amend your booking, once your booking has been finalised you can print out your voucher, and then your invoice, once you have completed your stay at the hotel.  
I submitted my request but didn't receive any responses. What can I do?
  The confirmation email may have gone into your junk mail or spam mail boxes. Please double check and if you still find your information email, please contact us by phone or send us email to customerservice@bookinhotels.com.  
Why am I charged for the booking before my arrival?
  The agreements we have with hotel partners that make our rates so expedient, require payment at the time of confirmation.  
I called the hotel and they couldn't find my booking. What can I do?
  Once your booking is confirmed by our system, you will be sent a confirmation email including a link to access your Hotel Voucher which has all the reservation and price conditions. After the completion of your booking process you need to printout this voucher and to present it at the time of your check-in. Your voucher will be accompanied by a booking confirmation number so please make sure you hand this in upon arrival. Hotels may not be able to have your booking registered by your name three days before your check in date due to our high volume of reservations circulation. According to our policy we release the traveler names three days before the check-in date. This is to make the amendment requests of our clients easier. Your rooms are reserved at the hotel for the required dates, however, the hotel may not receive the details of your reservation yet. Please note that your booking is secured us, it is both confirmed by us and the hotel. (Please note that after your booking is confirmed and guaranteed, the rooming list with your name may not be adjusted in the hotel's reservation system until closer to arrival. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact us via email or phone for further clarification.).  
I forgot my belongings at hotel. Please help?
  Please contact with the hotel where you stayed over. If you do not have any contact details of Hotel, you may contact us by email customerservice@bookinhotels.com.  
What are the check-in and check-out times of a hotel?
  You may check in from 14:00 hours onwards and check out by 12:00 hours.

How can I arrange transportation or car parking?
  We advise you to contact hotel you reserved. Most of the hotels offer shuttle services from airport to Hotel or vice versa. This may be listed on the Lodging Information page. If it is offered, there may be a charge by the hotel for this service but it is often free for hotels close to the airport. Some hotels also have their own transportation service for additional transfers in the city. Parking fee is to be charged by the hotel directly. Although some may not charge. Long-term parking is offered at the discretion of the property (often in conjunction with park and fly rates). This may be listed on the Lodging Information page  
We are not happy with the conditions of this hotel. What can we do.
  If you are not happy with hotel or some other condition, the first thing you have to do is to raise your complaint to hotel staff. If they are not helping or unable to solve your problem, please contact us and we'll do our best to solve and reallocate you to another room or Hotel if possible.  
I arrived at hotel and they do not have my booking under my name. What should I do.
  Firstly, contact with Hotels Reservation Manager at the hotel so that the situation can be resolved straight away. If the hotel is still unable to find your booking, you must contact us at one of the numbers given on your accommodation voucher. Bookinhotels.com shall make every reasonable effort to keep the booking confirmed and secured.  
I want to have an invoice or bill showing the total amount I paid. Where can I obtain these documents.
  You are able to have your invoice which shows the full amount you paid for this booking from your account one week after your check out date. If you encounter any technical problems, our customer service will be glad to help you.  
Does the total price include taxes and service fees.
  The total price you see before you make your booking does include all the taxes and the service fees.  
   
Privacy and Security
Is it secure to enter my credit card number over the internet?
  For secure online payment, we use Secure Socket Layers (SSL) to ensure the privacy of the information provided to us. At no time are your debit/credit card details transmitted unencrypted over the internet  
How can I log in to my account?
  You are able to log into your account by using your email address and the password given by our system after the completion of your booking. You will see all the options which can guide you to modify your booking send requests  
   
Payment & Room Price
May I pay by cash?
  We do not accept payment by cash on arrival at the hotel. All bookings through our company require pre-payment by credit card only  
How can I have information about refund policy-Partial refund policy
  Please note that refunds will be made in the form of a credit to your card account. All credit card refunds will be processed in a timely manner. Typically, this process takes several weeks (business days) for the instruction to leave our company account. The refunds process depends on your billing cycle with the cooperated credit card company. Once the refunded amount leaves our company account, it may take up to two month time for the proceeds to appear back in your account. Please note that we are only able to make refunds to the same credit card that the charge was done from. For more information, regarding refunds, please feel free to contact our Customer Services by customerservice@bookinhotels.com.  
I paid in full amount and got information about extra charge. Why?
  After the confirmation of your booking, rarely, hotels change the total rate in the last minute. In this kind of situations, we need to get this extra charge in order to secure your booking. Otherwise, Bookinhotels.com has the right to cancel the booking and make full refund back.  
I received a form called "mail order". What do I have to do?
  In some instances, Bookinhotels.com is able to send by email the Credit Card Data Authorization form; you must return the completed Credit Card Data Authorization form to Bookinhotels.com by fax or email along with a copy of the cardholder's passport and credit card showing the signatures in order to confirm and conclude the booking process. Where this has been requested, the booking shall not be considered confirmed until Bookinhotels.com has received the Authorization. The procedure is designed for security of our customer’s and our company’s which in order to avoid any fraudulent reservations. Should you have any issues with our payment process, please contact our customer services directly.  
The amount which I paid by credit card appeared in my statement differently. What can I do?
  Please contact with your bank in case you see any extra room charge difference because some banks apply exchange rate fee for the different currencies.  
If i am requested to pay to the hotel itself . What should i do?
  Our system runs as prepaid so you are charged for your total accommodation price before you arrive to Hotel. During your stay, you are only to pay for the extras. If the hotel is asking for the payment, please contact our customer service immediately so that our staff will deal with your problem right away.  
Why does the price seems more than I paid in my bank statement?
  The prices are shown in the currency requested by the user and these are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. Therefore there may be slight variations in price on a daily basis that will reflect any movement in the currency exchange levels. Once a booking has been created however, the currency exchange rate for that booking is fixed as those at the booking creation date, even if further items are added to the booking. Most importantly, the prices include service charges, local taxes and in many cases breakfast.  
Why didn't my card go through ?
  There are a few reasons:
Your card type is not accepted for online processing.
The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
You do not have enough credit to process the payment.
The card numbers inserted incorrectly.
 
What the payment details are ?
  At the time of your booking request, the full quoted amount will be blocked / authorised on your credit card. Only when the booking is confirmed will the credit card be charged (for Instant Availability bookings this is at the time of the booking request). Payment transactions on the Bookinhotels.com website are encrypted by a secure payment system endorsed by some of the world's leading banks and our site is verified by SSL This technically secure environment ensures that credit card details cannot be intercepted and are not revealed to anyone other than to financial institutions required to process payment instructions from the customer.

Changes & Cancellations
How can I modify or cancel my booking?
  An account is created by our system automatically after you complete your first booking from our website. You are able to log into your account by using your email address and password which is sent by our system. In order to change your reservation dates, you need to use change reservation button. For the other modification needs (traveller names, room type, etc), you need to send us an e-mail to sales@bookinhotels.com For cancellations, you need to use the cancel reservation button and specify your reason. Please read the cancellation policy carefully before you process the cancellation.  
My flight has been cancelled due to strike, demonstrations, airport closure. Reservation What can I do?
  Bookinhotels.com will not be liable for any changes, cancellation, and effect on your booking, loss or damage suffered by you or for any failure by the accommodation providers and/or Bookinhotels.comhotels to perform or properly perform any of our respective obligations to you which is due to any event(s) or circumstance(s) if the non performance is caused by force majeure. By way of example force majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, revolution, terrorist act, closure of borders, epidemic, natural catastrophe or other causes that seriously affect both parties and in particular the place where the accommodation provider is located as well as the country of origin of Bookinhotels.com and other unforeseeable causes beyond Bookinhotels.com control.  
I have a duplicate booking. What can I do?
  Due to some reasons, for example; not receiving the confirmation email properly (Spam mail or junk mail), clients tend to make the same booking and being charged twice by our system. In this case, if we are able to detect your duplicate booking, we cancel it right away. If not, we won’t be responsible for the cancellations made after the option date given by our system.  
I want to check in early or check in late? What can I do?
  We are not able to guarantee early check in as it depends on the availability of your room before you arrive. If you are arriving hotel at a later time than the normal check in time, please inform us so that we can inform the hotel to prevent the cancellation. You may also check this information from the hotels official websites. Pls get a confirmation letter stamped from your hotel that you have early checked out !!!.
 
I'm at hotel now and I want to extend my stay or check out early. What can I do?
  The first thing you need to do is to check the availability of the amendment you require from the Hotel directly. If they confirm, you may get a confirmation letter or email having their stamp on to be send and we’ll do your amendment by contacting them for the confirmation. In some cases, we cannot guarantee refunds as some hotels apply full charges even if the client leaves the hotel earlier than the normal check out date.  
What is the Cancellation procedure? What is my booking deadline?
  Cancellations must be made on your user panel and also via fax or e-mail.
No charges for cancellations up to 1 week prior to initial check-in time, defined as 12:00 noon destination time on date of initial check-in.20$ charge for cancellations up to 72 prior to initial check-in time, defined as 12:00 noon destination time on date of initial check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the check-in date will be evaluating one night room rate, plus applicable taxes and fees. No cancellations on or after check-in date. No refunds for no-shows or early check-out.Amendments are concerned the availability of the hotels. If the hotel available we can make your modification if your request has send to us up to 1 week prior to initial check-in time, defined as 12:00 noon destination time on date of initial check-in.
